Renamed from Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation Limited (TANGEDCO) on 27 June 2024; TNEB Ltd is the holding company and many portals still use tnebltd.gov.in. The Minnagam number was verified on the official TNPDCL CGRF portal; 1912 is not shown there and could not be confirmed on the TNPDCL contact page (timed out), so it is omitted. The TNPDCL/TANGEDCO consumer mobile app and the TNERC website could not be opened for verification.

Every distribution licensee in India must run a Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, and every state has an Electricity Ombudsman above it. Work up the ladder; keep your complaint number from step one.
