BESCOM's own website (bescom.karnataka.gov.in) could not be opened during verification (connection timeouts), so the 1912 helpline and app were verified from the official Play Store and App Store listings published by Bangalore Electricity Supply Company Limited. BESCOM has announced WhatsApp helplines in news reports, but no official page could be opened to confirm the number, so it is left blank.
