City corrections: Bhiwandi (tentatively msedcl) is served by Torrent Power as franchisee; Thane added because Shil-Mumbra-Kalwa is a Torrent franchise area (rest of Thane is MSEDCL). Gandhinagar confirmed in Torrent's Ahmedabad-Gandhinagar licence. Surat and Ahmedabad outskirts beyond the licence boundary are DGVCL/UGVCL. The app lets users opt in to WhatsApp service but no public WhatsApp number was found on official pages. No separate number for Shil-Mumbra-Kalwa was published on the contact page.
