The tgnpdcl.com website could not be opened (TLS handshake failure), so helplines and the app were verified from the official Play Store listing published by Northern Power Distribution Company of Telangana Limited; an online complaint form exists at tgnpdcl.com/ConsumerCare/RegisterComplaint but was not opened. TGERC website not opened.
