Helplines verified on UPPCL's official CGRF portal (cgrf.uppcl.org/About_Us.php), which lists 1912 and 1800-180-8752 as the toll-free complaint lines and names PuVVNL as one of the five UPPCL discoms with a CGRF cell. puvvnl.in (http/https), uppcl.org and uppclonline.com still refused or blocked automated access, so any PuVVNL-specific WhatsApp/regional numbers remain unconfirmed and are omitted. UPPCL Consumer App verified on Play Store and App Store (publisher U.P. Power Corporation Ltd; description lists PuVVNL). Privatisation of PuVVNL via PPP was proposed in 2024-25; no private operator has taken over as of this check (not re-verified this pass).
