GESCOM's legacy official domain gescom.in opened: footer reads 'Copyright GESCOM - Site Maintained by IT Section, Corporate Office, GESCOM, Gulbarga', names the MD, shows live load data, and states 'For Electricity Complaints TOLL FREE No. 18004258585'. The site's footer copyright is dated 2014, so treat this number as verified-official but possibly legacy; 1912 could not be confirmed on any official GESCOM page and is omitted. The 'GESCOM Snehi' Play Store listing now returns 404 and has been removed; replaced with the GESCOM-Smart Meter app (developer Gulbarga Electricity Supply Company Limited, website gescom.karnataka.gov.in). kalaburagi.nic.in pages were unreachable (robots.txt 204).
