Ordinary household consumers in Dhanbad, Durgapur or Asansol are normally served by JBVNL / WBSEDCL, not DVC. WBERC has determined DVC's West Bengal retail tariff since March 2024. No public 24x7 helpline or app was found on dvc.gov.in.
